Eligibility

  • Return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@pinkclack.com to request return authorization
  2. Ship the item back — return shipping is customer’s responsibility
  3. Receive your refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 5–10 business days after we get the item

Exchanges

Received a defective or damaged item? No worries! We'll send a free replacement. Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized keyboard builds or products with personalized keycaps
  • Final sale items (as marked on the product page)
